EMPLOYERS® Announces Partnership with Montana Chamber of Commerce

Montana Safety Choices Program Members May be Eligible for Discounted Workers’ Compensation Insurance Coverage
EMPLOYERS®, America’s small business insurance specialist®, has been named the workers’ compensation insurance provider of choice for the Montana Chamber of Commerce (MCC) effective immediately. Representing more than 1,400 Montana businesses ranging in size and industry, eligible MCC members can receive a 5 percent discount on their workers’ compensation premium on policies placed with EMPLOYERS.
In addition to offering eligible members a 5 percent discount, EMPLOYERS will provide MCC members with information and services to implement risk management programs designed to help reduce costs and promote profitability. EMPLOYERS provides these resources to all of its policyholders through its Loss Control ConnectionSM, a web-based loss control platform that combines safety and loss control information with a suite of unique software programs that can help manage risk and reduce losses.
“We’re excited to work with EMPLOYERS to emphasize the importance of safety in the workplace,” said Webb Brown, President and Chief Executive Officer, MCC. “This program will address a significant expense for Montana’s employers, as well as help our members reduce workplace injuries and the expense associated with workplace accidents.”
“At EMPLOYERS, we are committed to meeting the unique needs of small businesses across the country,” said Russel Newman, chief sales officer, EMPLOYERS. “Similar to the Montana Chamber of Commerce’s commitment to its members, our core focus is on providing policyholders with information and tools to successfully operate and grow their businesses. We are pleased to join together with the Montana Chamber of Commerce to provide its eligible members with these valuable services at a discounted rate.”
Founded in 1931, the Montana Chamber of Commerce, a non-profit organization, is the advocate of business in Montana and the driving force in promoting a favorable business climate. Information about this program can be found at www.MontanaSafetyChoices.com or by calling 888-442-MONT (6668).
MCC members interested in receiving more information about the 5 percent workers’ compensation discount available through EMPLOYERS can visit www.EMPLOYERS.com or call 888-682-6671. Not all members will be eligible for coverage, and members can be removed from the program due to adverse loss experience.

Central Montana bridges the gap between mountains and rolling prairies—with orb-stretching big sky in-between. Whether you paddle a canoe down the wild and scenic, history-steeped Missouri River, camp along its White Cliffs or watch the magical spring migration of snow geese flocking to the waters of Freezout Lake, this region is full of stunning diversions.
